Yukiko Ehara, known as You, is a Japanese television personality, actress, former singer, and model born on August 29, 1964. She started her career as a model after being scouted in Harajuku and released her first single in 1985. In 1988, she formed the band Fairchild and transitioned to television, becoming a regular on Downtown’s shows. After Fairchild disbanded in 1993, You focused on TV and radio, authored two books, and appeared in films. She received a Best Supporting Actress nomination in 2005 and has been a commentator on Terrace House since 2012. Since 2016, she co-hosts the puppet show Nehorin Pahorin. Recently, she featured in the Apple TV Series Sunny. She has been married twice and has one son.
